In order for you to send a support ticket to Accadia Web Design and Hosting it must come from the email address you have on file.

To move a domain name hosted my Accadia, you must first sign up for a account at https://accadia.nameservices.net/ . Once that is done just send us a request to move your domain name to that account (please include your username). Once moved over Accadia will no longer manage the domain name for you.
