The Client Portal for Accadia Web Design & Hosting has a new look and a new login procedure. Instead of your user name, you are now required to use your email address.
Remember to fill out a support ticket for any issue with your service at Accadia Web Design and Hosting. Questions or problems with your bill should be addressed to the "Billing Department" all other concerns and requests please fill out a support ticket with the "General Department".

To move a domain name hosted my Accadia, you must first sign up for a account at https://accadia.nameservices.net/ . Once that is done just send us a request to move your domain name to that account (please include your username). Once moved over Accadia will no longer manage the domain name for you.
Clients paying through PayPal have the option to pay via monthly PayPal subscriptions. You need to let us know you want this option. Your Accadia account would be updated and your next bill would be when you would sign up with PayPal to have your payment to Accadia automatically sent from your PayPal account each month.
For those who prefer to be billed on a different billing cycle, arrangements are possible. Please contact us for terms.
